Dentsu Runway has implemented the Dentsu Runway Basic Procurement Policy to ensure fair trade transactions with all suppliers and business partners in compliance with the Dentsu Group Code of Conduct.

Fair business dealings

We conduct fair business dealings.
(1) Our transactions are conducted in compliance with laws and regulations.
(2) When selecting suppliers and business partners, we carefully consider their approaches to compliance management and environmental matters in addition to economic factors.

Compliance with our management system

We request that all suppliers and business partners working with our company take steps to understand and comply with the company’s management system, particularly the Dentsu Group Code of Conduct, the Dentsu Runway Procurement Guidelines, and other applicable regulations.

Dentsu Runway Procurement Guidelines

Dentsu Runway requests that all suppliers and subcontractors adhere to the Dentsu Runway Procurement Guidelines to comply with the Dentsu Runway Procurement Policy.

  • Respect human and labor rights, champion diversity, and comply with laws and regulations in hiring and treating your employees.
  • Comply with laws and regulations when having businesses with our company, other clients and suppliers. In particular, please make sure that you and your clients avoid business with antisocial individuals or groups.
  • Actively pursue health and safety measures to prevent occupational injuries.
  • Actively endeavor to mitigate environmental problems.
  • When making plans and proposals, respect intellectual property rights and do not violate third-party rights or interests.
  • Establish an information security control measures for organizational, personal, technical, and physical safety in order to prevent the unauthorized use or disclosure of personal or confidential information obtained from or through business operations.
  • Properly manage business processes to deliver high-quality products and services at a competitive price and by the agreed delivery date.
